At Luxzin, your satisfaction is our priority. We proudly stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth, transparent experience. Please carefully review our policies below before placing your order.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships, except for custom or made-to-order products, which are non-cancellable once processing has begun.

Please note:
If your order is already in processing or packaging, a cancellation may incur fees to cover those costs. We commit to transparency and will always refund the maximum possible amount based on your order’s fulfillment stage.

Refund Policy

  • Most orders are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 5 days of purchase, excluding custom or made-to-order items.

  • Payment processing fees (typically 3-10%) are non-refundable once the payment has been processed, as these are retained by the payment processor.

  • Orders paid via TrueMed process immediately; other payments process within 7 days of order placement.

  • If an order is cancelled or refused after shipping, payment processing fees, shipping costs (both ways), and a 25% minimum restocking fee apply.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Orders undeliverable due to incorrect information will incur additional shipping and restocking fees.

  • Only unused and uninstalled products in original packaging are eligible for return.

  • For products shipped via LTL Freight, the original pallet and packaging materials must be retained for any return.

To request a refund, email info@luxzin.com with your order number. We will provide a return authorization form and return shipping details.


Return Policy

Products that are unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition with original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless stated otherwise.

To initiate a return, email info@luxzin.com with your:

  • Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

Return Conditions:

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 25% minimum restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Items must be returned with all original parts and packaging.

  • Refunds are processed once items are inspected and confirmed to be in new condition.

  • Some products (9 collections can't be returned) may be non-returnable due to manufacturer restrictions—please contact us for product-specific details.

  • For BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotions, both items must be returned to qualify for a full refund.


Delivery Inspection & Agreement

By placing an order with Luxzin, you agree to:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours with photos.

  • Document any damage on the Bill of Lading or freight receipt if applicable.

  • Understand that you are responsible for return shipping and replacement shipping costs if requesting a refund or exchange.

  • Accept that products must be returned unused and unopened to be eligible for a refund.

  • Acknowledge that once an order ships, full refunds are not guaranteed, and restocking/shipping fees will apply.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to factors outside our control (e.g., manufacturing or logistics disruptions). Chargebacks or cancellations due to these delays are not permitted.


Damaged Items

Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@luxzin.com with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • A copy of the Bill of Lading

  • A detailed description

We will initiate a claim on your behalf, with resolutions typically involving replacement parts.


Warranty

All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by product. A copy of the warranty is available upon request. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.


Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving any issues you may experience—our support team is here to help. Filing a fraudulent chargeback is considered theft and may result in legal action.
